Jacob was brought to the shelter when his owner became too ill to care for him. He came to us scared and confused, but his foster mom and dad have been using positive training methods to help him gain some much-needed confidence, and he is making great progress. Jacob has mastered most of the basic commands, loves to take long walks, and is an expert cuddler! If you are a seasoned dog owner who would like to help this incredibly smart boy reach his full potential, and in return be rewarded with a lifetime of love and loyalty, then Jacob is the boy for you!! Our Vet thinks Jacob is 4-5 years old. He is heartworm negative and on monthly prevention. He has been vaccinated and neutered, and is steadily gaining weight in his foster home. Jacob enjoys playing with his canine foster sister and brother, but he is waiting for you to take him home!!
